let us to present you an exclusive
new build house to let. This is a spacious one storeyed house like a Spanish
bungalow /hacienda/. The house is in the middle Bohemia 35 minutes far from
Prague City. with a good connection to D1 highway.
The house is on the outskirt s of a village among the other villas. To the
house is included 5 500 m2 plot with the own fence. House self is staying on
a little hill which is oriented in the south. Developed area is 350 m2 and
round the house is a 250m2 large terrace.

The house was never used, it was finish on the end of
2002 year. It is a private ground with a 5 500m2 large garden which have a
fence around all plot. The communications system on the plot is formed from
one way round the plot and arrival way to the garages and house self.
On exit to the common way is a parking place for 4 cars. The area is divided
in to the decoration garden before the house [ cca. 300m2] and the forest on
the rest of area.

The house is in a very nice countryside Posazavi which is attractive both
for the hiking and cycling tourism. Here are also some historical memories

you want it is possible to get a high qualified guide for the cultural
memories in all Czech republic who is able to speak English, Scandinavian
languages Norwegian , and a little bit Russian.
